The Aspire Centre has helped me get my books under control -- I originally sort their assistance as my previous book keeper told me everything was fine when it wasn't.

Making a complaint against a business for breach of the Code of Ethics is taken very seriously.The conditions relating to making a complaint are as follows:
Information and Complaint
The information submitted in relation to the complaint must be factually correct and relevant.
Complaints are taken seriously and thoroughly investigated by Ethicas. Both the business/company receiving the complaintand you (the complainant), will be contacted by Ethicas’ investigative team which will collect information and evidence relating to the subject of the complaint, including but not limited to:
Images of items/service results;
Receipts & Invoices;
This information will then be presented to the Ethics Committee who will review the documentation in relation to subject of the complaint and make a ruling accordingly.
Ethics Committee Rulings
There are three rulings that the Ethics Committee may make in relation to the complaint, being:
Dismissing the complaint;
Suspending the registration of the business/company; or
Permanently terminating the registration of the business/company.
In the event of a ruling that the business/company be suspended from Ethicas, suspension will be on the following terms:
First Offence: 1 Year;
Second Offence: 2 Years;
Third Offence: Permanent Termination and Ban from Ethicas.
When the suspension period has been completed the business/company will be notified and they may re-apply to Ethicas to reactivate their registration.
The Ethics Committee, at its discretion, has the power to imposea permanent ban against a business/company from Ethicas on the first offence IF the actions of the breach are deemed serious enough to warrant this including but not limited to:
Using clear and/or masked language and/or using links to websites containing such language or images which promote racial/ethnic intolerance, hostility or hatred or allude to a symbol of racial/ethnic intolerance, hostility or hatred.
Using clear and/or masked language and/or using links to websites containing such language or images which promote or refer to unlawful violence in any capacity.
The rulings of the Ethics Committee are final and binding.
Making false reports/complaints will see you flagged and banned from Ethicas.Please note that complaints made by anonymous sources will not be investigated by Ethicas. As such the identity of all complainants will need to be disclosed to Ethicas at the time of making the complaint.

Terms and Conditions
1.1 Welcome to the Ethicas Global Pty Ltd (“the Company”) Terms and Conditions (or “Conditions”). These Conditions describe the terms and conditions that govern your use of

2. Eligibility to use the Site
2.1 The Company reserves the right to refuse reject, cancel, interrupt, remove or suspend the use of the Site to anyone at any time for any reason without liability.
3. Registration and Account
3.1 You agree to provide true, accurate, current and complete information during the registration process, allowing the Company to register you and to maintain the security of your account. You acknowledge and agree that you:

3.2 By registering and agreeing to comply with the “Code of Ethics” of the Company, you acknowledge to have read, agreed and accepted the Company’s:

3.3 The Company reserves its right to suspend or terminate your registration if it believes you have violated any of the agreements referred to in clause 3.2.
4.1 All payments for the annual registration fee of AUD $326.70 per year (includes GST) are processed online at the time of registration through our associated merchant account provider, Pin Payments Australia (www.pin.net.au). Pin Payments is an Australian Company who is a PCI Level 1 Service Provider under the PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards).

4.2 The Company does not store any credit card information you provide us.
4.3 You understand and acknowledge that any payment transactions arising from your registration with the Company may be made in accordance with and under the specific terms and conditions of a third-party and you are encouraged to carefully read and understand such terms and conditions.
4.4 You acknowledge and agree that the total value of the payment transaction may include third-party costs (such as merchant and booking fees) which you are responsible to pay the Company or the third-party, as the case may be.
4.5 You acknowledge that you may cancel your annual registration at any time, however you will not be entitled to a refund of your annual registration fee in the event that you cancel your annual registration or renewal 7 days after such registration or renewal.
4.6 The Company reserves its right to suspend or terminate an account if the payment card information is expired or is otherwise invalid or if it believes that such payment transaction violates these Conditions or the Company’s Code of Ethics.
4.7 Notwithstanding clause 4.5, should the Company terminate your registration at any time for the reasons outlined in clauses 3.3 and 4.6, you acknowledge and agree that you will not be entitled to any refund of your annual registration.
5. Disclaimer of warranties
5.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Company shall not be liable to you or anyone else for any loss or damage, however caused, which may be directly or indirectly suffered or incurred, in connection with use of this Site, or the information or material contained on this Site.
5.2 While care has been taken to ensure that the information and material on this Site is accurate, complete and up to date, the Company makes no representation or warranty, express or implied, that the information and material on this Site is accurate, complete or up to date.
6. Limitation of Liability
The Company accepts no liability for disruptions to this Site, or if interference with or damage to your computer systems occurs in connection with use of this Site. You must take your own precautions to ensure that whatever you select for use from this Site is free of viruses or anything else that may interfere with or damage the operation of your computer systems.

Rights arising out of or under the Conditions are not assignable by you without the prior written consent of the Company. A purported assignment by you without the written consent of the Company will be deemed to be void and convey no rights.
If a clause is void, illegal or unenforceable, it may be severed without affecting the enforceability of the other provisions in the Conditions.
(a) No right under the Conditions is waived or deemed to be waived except by notice in writing signed by the party waiving the right.
(b) A party does not waive its rights under the Conditions because it grants an extension or forbearance to the other party.
The Conditions shall be binding upon the heirs, executors, administrators and successors in title of the parties.
16. Changes to Terms
